  • Started in Lycee La Libertee French school, took the mathematics studies and started to study music by the age of 13 then 3 years later started the career path by working in a French call center that delivers the technical updates in France for Ares & HP Users, then traveled and spent there 2 years, getting done with my music studies, then came back to start Business Administration studies in Ain Shams University. At that time I started to work in call centers as a Sales representative then I became a Team Leader, Supervisor, and so on till reaching the level of a project manager.
  • Worked as a Music instructor in the CIC (Canadian International College) and then we started to become a full time instructor in 2 universities CIC and BUE (British University In Egypt) for 2 years
  • After that coming back to call centers as a Quality representative by Handling technical accounts, I became a Senior Quality Coordinator Acting as A Quality Manager. And that time I was completing my training studies and started to work as a Free Lancer Trainer for Soft Skills till we came to Raya Contact Centre to be able to achieve our targets in regards to gaining the needed knowledge that made us today the focal point Sales Trainer and the technical one for the Shared Projects. Responsible for Cisco Sales Development Representatives by providing them technical trainings that covers all the Technical architectures (DC Virtualization – Collaboration – Security - Enterprise Networking (Switching, Routing, Mobility)) that fits all the types of business by making training sessions and attending conference calls and technical training till we got certified with as a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification also with the CSE (Cisco Sales Essentials) Version 5 & 6 and SBO (Selling Business Outcome) while providing the suitable training to the agents to make them able to get certified from Cisco’s side with both
